Project Information:

Acquisition and development of 171 +/- acres of unimproved land on a phased basis, which is fully entitled and zoned to yield 376 residential building lots located in Huber Heights, Ohio. 

Three builders have entered into sales contracts to purchase the improved lots from the Developer pursuant to lot takedown schedules.

Project Budget: $10.3 million
